This is a beautiful throw with a stunning print of white, pink and yellow exotic blooms against a deep blue background.
The 100% cotton throw uses one of the oldest forms of Indian embroidery called ‘Kantha’. This is a running stitch that runs through the throw and was traditionally used in West Bengal and Bangladesh.
The throw is perfect to bring an injection of colour, texture, and print to a bed or sofa. Alternatively, use in the garden or for a picnic now we are coming into Summer. Printed with large exotic flowers, this is in the tradition of Chinoiserie which introduces bright pops of colour.
