The Damson and Black Pepper Jam is vegan and dairy free and is very much about the fruit first rather than sugar. This just adds to the amazing taste of the jam which can be enjoyed with cheese, game and meats or of course a nice slice of toast.
London Borough of Jam was established in 2011 by former pastry chef Lillie O’Brien. Their Jams concentrate on making quality natural jams, that have no more than 4 ingredients. They make their preserves in small batches and cook for a shorter time compared to generic brands.
